Inactivity

Please note that all accounts at all stages (including Monthly Competition accounts) will be subject to a 30-day inactivity period.

This means that if a Prop Number One trader does not execute a trade on their account for more than 30 consecutive days, the account will be deactivated.


Please note that once deactivated, this process cannot be reversed, and the account will remain closed.


If you anticipate not trading on your account for 30 days or more, please contact support@propnumberone.com, and the team will assist you.

NOTE: Please note that: Days are consecutive, not trading days. Activity means logging into the account, and necessarily taking positions.
